Thailand Pass / Sandbox Application Guide

In this video guide, we're showing you how to fill in the Thailand Pass application for Phuket Sandbox (it is also the same for Koh Samui Sandbox).

• Scanned in image of your passport data page, in jpg or png

• Your vaccination records, in jpg or png

• Your vaccination QR close-up scans/screenshots (if you have), in jpg or png

• Your pre-paid hotel conformation for 7 nights stay, in jpg or png

• Your pre-paid PCR-RT tests receipt in Phuket (you can book those at https://www.thailandpsas.com/), in pdf

• Your insurance policy copy in jpg or png, showing coverage of at least 50 000 USD, including cover for COVID19.
